Morning: Marken, Volendam and the windmills

This tour shows the typical Dutch countryside of polders and little canals on the way to the ' Zaanse Schans', a well - known windmill village with many interesting windmills. We will be visiting a wooden shoemaker here. Then we move on to the world-famous fishing villages of Volendam and Marken – on the coast of the former Zuiderzee (now called IJselmeer). With its wooden houses and locals wearing their colourful style of dress. On the way, we will stop at one of the very few cheese farms, where the cheese is still made in the traditional way.

Afternoon: City Tour Amsterdam

Through this expansive tour you will get to know Amsterdam very well. You will see by luxurious coach, the old and new parts of this beautiful city with its many historical buildings and interesting sights. For example, you will get to know the Royal Palace, the National Monument, the Skinny Bridge, the Albert Cuyp market and the beautiful houses along the canals. We will also visit a windmill on the river Amstel and a stop will be made at a diamond factory where you will see the traditional way of polishing.

At 324 meters, it’s the tallest building in Paris and one of the most visited monuments in the world. Head up to the viewing platform for breath taking views of the city, which are particularly enjoyable at sunset. You can also hop off at the Musee du Louvre, originally a royal fortress, where you can spend several hours exploring this world-renowned museum that houses 35,000 works of art. The Montmartre Route will take you to the Montmartre region with stops at the Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur, Gare du Nord and Musee Grevin.

From Zürich the scenic coach journey begins through the beautiful countryside via Albis Pass and along the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons to Lucerne. On a short City Tour, you visit the Lion Monument and your guide will show you the main sights of this charming town. Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before we continue to Engelberg. At the valley station the breath-taking journey with the different aerial cable cars to the top of Mt. Titlis, located on 3'000 m.a.s.l., begins. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car ROTAIR. At the top of Mt. Titlis a high alpine panorama awaits you. Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace. Visit the Glacier Cave and pass over Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Cliff Walk! Take a ride with the Ice Flyer which brings you close to the crevasses and the Glacier Park where you can experience snow tubing even in summer! Descent with aerial cable cars and drive back by coach via Lucerne to Zürich.
